Dental Lab has pubished this Privacy Policy to show our dental laboratory commitment to privacy. The following describes our information collection and usage practices.
SECURE SITE
Our company uses an online secure form for customer applications. When you place a request through our secure online system, or you email us, we collect confidential consumer information, our webserver encrypts all order information you input before it is sent to us using secure socket layer (SSL) protocol. The encryption of the information you send to us via email, or other form of electronic methods, is not guaranteed to be secure. However all of the consumer data we gather is protected against unauthorized access.
PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE: CUSTOMER INFORMATION, collected to process your request, might include contact information; name, mailing address, telephone number, fax number and/or email address. All customers' information we collect is strictly confidential and maintained in electronic files in our Nevada head-office.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION is collected only from participating dentists and labs on our network. It is not shared with anyone outside of our company, except the merchant bank for the processing of credit card orders. We require and record signed written authorizations by the authorized parties to charge credit cards. We may also use or disclose information to resolve disputes, investigate problems, or enforce our User Agreement. We may disclose your information whenever we believe in good faith that the law so requires or if we otherwise consider it necessary to maintain or improve our services. Users can contact Dental Lab to remove certain information from our databases and opt out of future solicitations from us, or to change or modify any information previously provided to us.
PROMOTIONS
To preserve customer's anonymity and to assure the quality of customer communications, Dental Lab provides customers with the opportunity to opt out of any further marketing promotions or receiving communications from u or our partners.
DISCLOSURE TO OUTSIDE PARTIES
Dental Lab may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the law, enforce the terms of any of our user agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of Dental Lab, our customers or others.
COOKIES
We use outside companies to display ads on our site. These ads may contain pieces of information that a website transfers to a hard drive for record keeping purposes while at the site.

The privacy policy of an advertiser or promotional service linked through our site may differ from ours. We encourage you to read that policy before responding to that offer.
CHILDREN UNDER 13
We have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our web site; however, in the event that we discover that a child under the age of 13 is providing personally-identifying information, we will not accept any such information. If a child had provided us with personally-identifying information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove that information and opt out of promotional opportunities.
